Return Policy
All return product is subject to our return policy. All return items must be brand
new, factory sealed, unused, and untouched. All returned items for refund are subject
to a 30% restocking fee. Any shipping and handling expenses result on those returns
without approval will be responsible by the buyer. Legal action will be taken if
buyer refused to be responsible on these charges along with the cost of any legal
expenses occurred. All returned item(s) from the buyer, the seller will examine
and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer. Unless the seller can
reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, otherwise the return will not be
accepted. All return shipment to smart2buy.com will be instructed to buyer when
necessary.
In the even of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the products
safety return to us. item(s) must be received within 7 days after the confirmation
from www.smart2buy.com. The invoice issued from from www.smart2buy.com should be
included to return item(s). All accessories and User Guide must also be included
inside the package as it was originally received by the buyer. Return merchandize
should be double boxed and well packed. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate
information will not be accepted. Any unidentified return which is aged over 14
days, www.smart2buy.com will have the right to dispose such item(s) without notifying
the buyer. No replacement will be issued on those unidentified return once it has
been disosed. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

injury, and damage caused by the product auctioned off above, for safety handling
